1. Taos County Chamber of Commerce materials may only be used for the exclusive promotion of Taos County, not to illustrate generic travel or travel to another destination.
2. Please give credit to the Taos County Chamber of Commerce and to the photographer in credit/caption. We have only purchased editorial rights to these images.
3. Use of these materials for sales promotion and advertising for the benefit of private companies promoting their individual businesses is expressly forbidden.
4. We would be delighted to provide you with contact names and telephone numbers for photographers so that you can arrange to purchase images for commercial use.
5. Travel-related promotions executed for the mutual benefit of Taos County will be handled by special arrangement. Improper usage will result in commercial use fees.
6. We would appreciate receiving copies of published articles.
